I honestly feel bad leaving a negative review because the customer service representatives I’ve spoken with (who aren’t local) have been doing everything they can to help. Unfortunately, I don’t know where the breakdown is happening, but at this point it feels like I’m being completely ignored. This is now my fourth appointment. I’ve been late to work, had my ex sit at my apartment while I wasn’t home to make sure someone was there, and have repeatedly rearranged my schedule—all for service I’m paying for but still haven’t received. Yesterday, the technician reportedly arrived 40 minutes before my scheduled two-hour service window. At the very beginning of my appointment window, I even called because I was worried I’d somehow missed an appointment that just started lol… Just a gut feeling consider considering the call that they were outside 40 minutes prior. Any way, I was assured the technician was still coming, only to later be told the visit had been marked as “no one was home.” That simply wasn’t true. I was then told someone would come between 5:00–7:00 PM and that a manager would be calling me to check in by 6pm. Neither happened. Later, I was told again that no one was

I’ve reached the point where I no longer believe Xfinity is interested in resolving customer issues. Since June, I’ve been trying to get a simple order completed, and it has turned into weeks of incompetence, broken promises, and excuse after excuse. Every representative tells a different story, claims the issue has been fixed, or promises a callback that never happens. Then the next representative starts the process all over again. The chat support has been especially disappointing. Based on my experience, the agents seem unable to complete even basic requests. Instead of taking corrective action, every conversation ends with another excuse, another promise, or another reason why nothing can be done. Customers don’t need excuses. They need problems solved. My internet continues to perform poorly because Xfinity has repeatedly failed to process a basic order correctly. I’ve spent countless hours on the phone and in chat, repeating the same information over and over because no one seems capable of following through. Hannah was amazing if we could give her 20 stars we would. Was a walk in, solved our issues in under 5 mins and we were out. Simple, quick, and amazing customer service.

I have never left a bad review on Google. I'm not one to complain. However, I must now say that Xfinity's product is good, but their service is absolutely horrible. I my wife and I signed up for internet and 2-telephone service eight months ago and we still not have been paid what they promised for an Iphone that was traded in. We have now spent over 30 hours on the telephone and have visited our local store at least 6 times and are still getting the runaround. We've now been told on 5 occasions that we will have our money within 7 days. We are on the phone again with them now. We won't let them wear us down and give up. My next step is to boycott the local store with a sign outside their front door and warn every person who comes near. ... I'm so sorry to have to leave this review, but enough is enough!

Had my phone fail so I ordered a new one through this store on Feb 18th. As of today April 3rd I had not received my phone. I went into the store 3 different times without receiving any progress from them. They kept giving me the runaround so I switched to T-mobile and it’s been great. Do not go to this store!
